Local record stores feature specials, events, and fun crap in celebration.
You know, there are cities in America bigger than Baltimore whose record-store culture can’t hold a candle to ours, where the only place left to buy a physical album is, like, a downtown Best Buy. Think about it: True Vine, the Sound Garden, the relocating-to-Hampden Jo Jo’s, !El Suprimo!, Own Guru, Normal’s, Dimensions in Music, and we could go on even. It’s awesome. Today, we give thanks.
