Baltimore-based Goucher College graduate Claire Côté—dancer, Effervescent Collective member and choreographer, and visual artist—came up with the idea for a video-game inspired dance piece, to follow gaming’s looks, movements, sounds, and narrative structures. (Bret McCabe)
