The 2013 Sowebo Arts and Music Festival, on Sunday May 26th between noon and 8pm, features some of Baltimore's best bands performing on 3 stages, a variety of arts and crafts from more than 40 artists, the SoweboPoster show and auction, interactive art and craft exhibits, and much more.
