Best Peruvian Chicken
CR chicken is well broiled with a properly smoky and tender skin, but always moist, even the white meat. Few places can pull this off reliably. The seasoning is heavy and evenly distributed, also a rarity. The sides, especially the fried rice, are above average. Most importantly the crucial spicy green sauce is superior to any other we’ve ever tried. And there’s no “it’s good—for Baltimore” qualification here. Chicken Rico stands up to any place in the mid-Atlantic.
