The Land of Kush

"THE LAND of KUSH wants you to experience good food and a healthy way of living. We inspire you to feed your spirit and celebrate a new way of life with healthier food. We promote our "ultimate" vegetarian cuisine, which is derived from cultures all over the world, to a diversified vegan, vegetarian, and health conscious market. Try our featured entrees: soy rib tips, simmered in a homemade barbecue sauce and soy curry chicken with a mild spicy flavor. Collard greens seasoned with smoke tofu and candied yams sweetened with agave (an awesome side choice for diabetics). We also have a vegan brownie that is to die for!"
